I recently read a really interesting article in the Harvard Business Review. It was concise, applicable to our daily life and just powerful. i added one thinking skill that I think (no pun intended) is needed to tie the previous four.
What else is there to say? A company that advertisers web design has no website. A company that advertises "local support" has no support email address. A company that is participating in a Business Expo doesn't even have a QR code.

You walk into a bar and a loud cacophony of voices hits you straight on. In the middle of that din, you hear the one thing that you want:
First, you can create completely new messaging and aim it at ex customers, giving them new reasons to try your product again.
First, you can increase how often they buy from you.
First, expand your reach to customers that are exactly like your current customers but in other areas. One way to do this is by creating look alike audiences.
