Improve Technology & Innovation tools across the region by creating the first Multi-Media mixer

As part of my mission to improve all the agencies in the region:

  • Created a multi-platform media mixer for FCB Latin America which was implemented in every country.
  • The software homogenized targets and used local R&F curves and local universes to create TRP’s, impressions, multimedia reach, frequency and quintile frequency distribution.
  • When planning costs were added, returned CPM, CPP, total plan media allocations.

Not only was the Multi-Media Platform a really useful tool for media departments, it helped new business efforts significantly by showing technological advancement.
