Launch of a “Payday” Loan product in Los Angeles. Lead Gen & Online Sales

Multiplied conversion ratio by 5X.  An Iffective client, Bancaso, a payday loan company in the West Coast originally had a 2.6% conversion ratio. To increase the conversion ratio we did the following:

  • Redefined the target groups through relevant consumer insights
  • Rewrote the Call-Center scripts
  • Redid the TV commercials
  • Re-negotiated our agreements with several radio networks in addition to TV
  • Applied regression analysis to all our radio buys.

We successfully increased the conversion ratio from 2.6% to 12.6% in 6 weeks.
